The International Licensing Industry Merchandisers’ Association

Founded in 1985, LIMA is the worldwide trade organization for licensing. Its main objective is to work together with licensees and licensors for the advancement of professionalism in the industry. Its partnership with Licensing International Expo connects the education of licensing with licensing’s daily presence in business.

At Licensing University, you can earn your way towards a Certificate of Licensing Studies (CLS). Made available by LIMA, the CLS is a year-long program combines 60 hours of classwork with hands-on experience, providing a powerful entrance into the industry.
