2. Is there a deadline for becoming an exhibitor?
There is no deadline for becoming an exhibitor but to maximize your exposure on the Licensing International Expo website and in our marketing materials, we recommend you reserve space early. Exhibit space is also limited to availability. If you are considering exhibiting, contact us today for exhibition opportunities.

3. How do I obtain exhibitor badges for my booth staff?
You may do so by logging in (see “Exhibitor Login”) as an exhibitor and registering your staff. You will need your company’s username and password, both of which were e-mailed to the individual designated as contact on the booth contract.

4. Can I share my exhibit space with a partner company?
You may not assign, sublet or share any part of your assigned space without express written permission from Licensing International Expo.

5. Can I obtain the exhibitor service manual online?
Yes the exhibitor manual is available online, you may download it by clicking here.

6. What are show floor hours?

Exhibitors are typically permitted on the show floor one hour preceding opening hours.

7. What options do I have for shipping materials?

1. Ship to the contractor’s warehouse. It will be placed on the show floor first.
2. Ship directly to the show floor. It must arrive during the targeted move-in period.
3. Hand-carry items. Exhibitors are allowed to hand-carry a reasonable number of materials into the show floor. Carts, dollies or small vehicles are not permitted.

More information will be included in the exhibitor service manual, available in February 2009.

9. How do I order equipment and/or services for my exhibit booth?
Click here to view the exhibitor manual online. This will contain all of the necessary information for ordering equipment and services.

10. What is your booth cancellation policy?
If written cancellation is received on or before March 6, 2009, you are liable for 50% of the contracted amount. After March 6, 2009, you are liable for 100%. In the event you, at any time, seek to cancel a license for exhibition space, withdraw from the show or request a reduction in space, an administrative and processing fee of $1,000 per 10 square feet will be accessed.

11. How do I update my company information in the Show Directory?
You can submit information through your Digital Booth.
To access your Digital Booth, first login as an exhibitor (see “Exhibitor Login”), and then select “Digital Booth” from the drop-down menu.

12. Can I get an attendee list for Licensing International Expo?
