Hilary Duff, DKNY to Design Apparel Line

Recording artist and actress Hilary Duff has paired with fashion brand DKNY to launch a new apparel line. Femme for DKNY Jeans will hit fine department stores and specialty stores nationwide in August 2009. The collection will feature sweater tunics with removable cowl scarves, skinny jeans with adjustable belt loops for thin or wide belts, tees with detachable and printed necklaces, black denim, vinyl leggings and strappy dresses — all to retail from $39 to $129.
