Imira to Represent HIT Shows in Spain, Portugal

HIT Entertainment (Suite #21) recently appointed Imira Entertainment to handle TV and home entertainment rights for its shows in Spain and Portugal. Imira will represent HIT’s series, such as Thomas & Friends, Bob the Builder, Fireman Sam, Angelina Ballerina and Barney.

“This is a major deal for Imira; the HIT library has some of the best-loved and most successful children’s programming in the world,” says Christophe Goldberger, head of distribution and marketing at Imira Entertainment. “We are focused on positioning ourselves as a specialist third-party rights representative for the region and this deal underscores that objective.”
