Begin securing your travel arrangements to Licensing International Expo now. Advance preparation for international travel to the United States is essential. The U.S. Department of State advises temporary visa applicants that current federal law has greatly lengthened the process. Furthermore, the time required to obtain a visa significantly varies from country to country.

United States Consular Services advises international visitors to begin the visa application process at least 60 days prior to departure date. Visitors must present evidence of strong ties to their countries of residence, and if possible, offer proof of international travel in accordance with visa restrictions.

Visit the U.S. Department of State’s website for more information on United States visa policy and procedures. Direct questions concerning interview wait times and related issues to the consular section of your country’s embassy.

During your visa interview, you will likely need to present your visa letter of invitation. The visa letter of invitation can also assist as a supporting document. You can request a visa letter of invitation during the Licensing International registration process. Once your registration is complete and you have received your confirmation, the visa invitation letter will be automatically generated and ready for you to print out.
