Marvel Debuts Product for Iron Man 2, "Super Hero Squad"

This week at NY Toy Fair, Marvel Entertainment introduced many of its toys and games themed around upcoming film Iron Man 2, as well as its newest TV series “The Super Hero Squad Show.”

Highlights included:

• Hasbro (master toy licensee) for action figures, role play and preschool toys, board games and puzzles
• VTech for electronic learning products
• Mega Bloks for construction toys
• Silverlit for radio-control vehicles
• Diamond Select for minimate figures
• Cardinal Games for classic games and puzzles
• Monogram for desk accessories, book ends, paperweights and stationery items
• Basic Fun/Good Stuff for amusement toys, key chains and party goods
• Sideshow for high-end collectibles, statues, busts and dioramas

Iron Man 2 hits theaters on May 7. “The Super Hero Squad Show” premiered this past fall on the Cartoon Network in the U.S. The series features popular Marvel characters such as Iron Man, Hulk, Wolverine, Thor, Fantastic Four and Captain America.
