PAUL TUSH
Managing Director
Plus Licens Russia

Paul Tush has been managing director of Plus Licens Russia & CIS since 2009 and has successfully led the agency to over 200% growth in total sales since joining. Dreamworks’ licensing expansion in Russia and CIS, supported by consistent growth at the box office, has played an important role in this growth.

Originally from Portland, OR, Paul came to Russia in 1992 and has been part of the development of Russia’s advertising, publishing, entertainment and licensing ever since. Beginning in St. Petersburg in 1992 as co-editor of a travel guide, Paul moved to an international ad agency in Moscow in 1995 where he brought on board accounts such as Levi Strauss & Co and worked with Dunkin’ Donuts, Ericsson, Tetra Pak and other international FMCG companies.

For more than 5 years, Paul was involved in developing Disney’s publishing program, beginning as a publishing licensee in Russia. With the opening of the Disney office in 2006, he was among the first to join and aggressively developed Disney’s publishing business in Russia. Prior to joining Plus Licens, Paul managed product licensing across all categories for Mattel in Russia and Ukraine.
