Jerry Houle has one of the longest and strongest experience records in the licensing world having served as a Licensor, Licensee, Licensing Agent, Consultant and Graduate School Professor. He is one of the eight founders of the world’s professional licensing association, author of the original Charter, served as board member, officer, volunteer, speaker and author. As a Board Member, he voted for the creation of the Licensing Show. The International Licensing Industry Merchandisers Association (LIMA) nominated Bliss House as "Licensing Agency of the Year" for its work on Curious George. In June 2003, he wrote and taught the world’s first MBA-level course on Licensing (Babson College and LIMA). Among the companies with which he has held executive positions are Milton Bradley Company, Jim Henson’s Muppets and Fisher-Price. Properties he has represented include Curious George, Babar the Elephant, The Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund and Monty Python.
