Art & Design Resource Center

Booth D30 in the Art & Design 

The new Art & Design Resource Center will give attendees a convenient location on the show floor to meet and receive matchmaking services. J’net Smith from All Art Licensing and Marc Garabedian from Art Moose will host the Resource Center. J’net will be reporting on deals and events, assisting attendees in navigation of the art area and providing invaluable connections for licensees, manufacturers and agents seeking to license brands from the Art & Design zone exhibitors. Marc will be interviewing exhibitors and streaming live video footage of the exhibiting artist’s work.

Other activations in the Art & Design zone include a live painting demonstration by Robert Holton from Drizzle Studios who will create an original work on-site, and performance art demonstration from Stephen Fishwick, represented by Get Down Art. Fishwick will paint live to music several times daily throughout the three-day event.

The 5,500-square-foot Motorsports Café, sponsored by Shell, is an exhilarating and informative new feature area of Licensing Expo 2014. Centrally located within the Brands & Agents zone, the cafe will demonstrate the exciting world of motorsports licensing. Several of the top sanctioning bodies in the motorsports industry will also take part, featuring racing cars and drivers.


 

Sourcing Seminar Series

Sourcing & Production Cafe 

We have created an oasis right on the Show Floor where you can grab a bite to eat and take a moment to re-charge while hearing from sourcing industry experts. The 8 free seminars will provide targeted information to help simplify the sourcing process. Topics range from successfully negotiating with new suppliers, to logistics, warehousing and fulfillment, to which countries are leading the way in which product categories.

China Pavilion

Booth R181 in Characters & Entertainment 

The China Pavilion is a 2,500 sq-ft booth that showcases China’s leading brands and animation and art companies. Daily guided tours of the Pavilion will be offered from 10-10:30am by Quadrant Licensing to provide attendees further detail on the brands represented and what they have to offer licensees, retailers and licensors.

Quadrant Licensing and Advanstar Licensing will also host a complimentary cocktail reception on Wednesday, June 18th from 4:30-5:30pm in Booth R181 so exhibitors can meet the brand owners and special delegation from China. All exhibitors are welcome.
