The health and safety of everyone attending Licensing Expo will remain our number one priority, and this year’s event has been specifically designed to account for varying levels of attendee comfort with a range of options to suit, whether that’s a preference for one-on-one interaction or to maintain physical distance.
In addition, all Licensing Expo participants will be required to present either proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test along with photo ID to gain entry. Participants will only need to show proof once, right before they print their show badge. We also recommend that all participants take a COVID-19 test before leaving their destination to travel to Las Vegas.
UPDATE: Although the wearing of face masks is no longer required, we strongly recommend that attendees and exhibitors wear face masks when attending showcases, keynotes, seminars and booths as well as while in close proximity to others.
Please respect all attendees and exhibitors and be mindful of different comfort levels as we return to live events.
Exhibitors may also require face masks in their booth and/or showcases. Please respect their requirements. We still anticipate that many participants will continue to wear face masks.
Onsite testing will be available in Tradewinds F (North Convention Center, lower level) from May 23 through May 26. More details can be found below. Tests can be used to enter the show or to fulfil any international testing requirements.
The Mandalay Bay Convention Center has been awarded the Global Biorisk Advisory Council GBAC STAR™ certification by ISSA.
