Orientation Session
Tuesday, June 13 & Wednesday June 14 | 10:30-11am
This session is a must-attend for new attendees flying solo or previous attendees eager to see what’s new at Licensing Expo this year. We’ll discuss tips on how to navigate the show floor so you leave feeling it was an event created just for you. Find out how maximize your time and meet other first-time attendees to kick start your networking for the week.
Show Tour
Tuesday, June 13 & Wednesday June 14 | 11:30am-12pm
After learning about the show through the orientation session, put the theory into practice as we take you on a guided tour of the LE 23 floor including the different exhibit zones, activations and where to grab a coffee or take a well-earned break. Depending on tour popularity, tours will be divided into manageable group sizes.
Round-Table Sessions
During these sessions visitors will have an opportunity to “meet the experts” in either a licensing category-specific field or in a specific geographical markets. Visitors will receive expert advice, insights and guidance that correlates with their specific interests and needs in the licensing industry in an intimate group setting. Suitable for all knowledge levels of licensing and a great chance to expand professional networks. Purchase a pass in advance to secure a space on the round-table.

The much-loved character parade will once again take place through the bright lights and colorful booths of the main expo hall. Get ready to snap a picture with your favorites as they wander the aisles!
