As part of your registration for Licensing Expo, you will automatically gain access to our Event Planner Platform, a free resource centre to help you navigate the show and prepare your visit. Your event experience starts before you get to the event – see which brands you can meet, who owns which brand, and which sessions, brand experiences and networking events you can enjoy, all before you arrive.

- Search the Brand Directory to understand who owns which brands and ensure you meet the right people. Find out who to speak to about AC/DC, BMW, Paw Patrol or Cheetos, and the thousands of other brands on offer.
- Arrange meetings with any of the hundreds of brands exhibiting.
- Plan your schedule by adding sessions, networking drinks, afterhours events to your calendar.
- Browse to see who else will be in attendance.
- Register to attend Licensing Expo - you will receive an email to set up your free profile within 48hrs of registering from [email protected].
- Login, set up your profile and start searching! You can search by exhibitor, browse the IP Directory, use the search bar or refine with the filters based on your needs.
- Use the star in the top corner to create a 'favorite' list, or send a meeting request for the time & date that works for you!

- ONLY exhibitors and retail pass holders can request meetings with any attendee
- Non-retail attendees (licensee, brand owner, agent) can only request meetings with exhibitors
